Create project in sonarqube

Follow the steps as shown below to create a project in sonarqube we will be using this to send the scanning report onto!

On the homepage, select the tile named manually

Give a name for the project as shown and click on setup button

Click on the tile named locally

Click on generate button

Click on continue button

Choose the project type as shown

Copy all the commands

Copy all the commands using the copy button provided besides them and save it into a notepad text file, on to your desktop. We will be needing these in the next step.
